Abstract
"MéTODO PARA A RECUPERAçãO DE PROTEINAS A PARTIR DO FLUIDO INTERSTICIAL DE TECIDOS VEGETAIS". é proporcionado um método para a extração de proteinas a partir do espaço intercelular das plantas. O método á aplicável a uma separação em larga escala de muitas proteinas ativas de interesse sintetizadas pelas células vegetais. O método pode ser usado comercialmente para remover as proteinas produzidas de modo recombinante a partir de plantas hospedeiras fazendo com isso o uso em larga escala de plantas como fontes para a produção viável de proteínas recombinantes.
