"UNIDADE DE TECLAS, MéTODO DE MARCAçãO PARA PARTE DE CIMA DA TECLA E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DA UNIDADE DE TECLAS PELA UTILIZAçãO DO MéTODO DE MARCAçãO". Como um feixe de laser de marcação, um feixe de laser com comprimento de onda de 532 nm obtido por se extrair as segundas harmónicas mais elevadas do laser Nd:YAG ou um feixe de laser com comprimento de onda de 355 nm obtido por se extrair a terceira harmónica mais elevada do laser YAG é utilizado em uma película de metal formada em uma parte de cima de tecla plástica de um telefone móvel ou semelhante, de modo que a parte da película de metal sujeita ao feixe é totalmente removida ou somente a parte de superfície da película de metal sujeita ao feixe é removida, desse modo formando um conjunto plano de pontos cóncavos muito pequenos. Assim, é possível obter uma unidade de teclas possuindo uma película de metal na qual um caracter ou símbolo é diretamente marcado.
