Abstract

"TRATAMENTO DE FELTRO DE PRENSA ENZIMáTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos para reduzir ou inibir a deposição sobre ou dentro de feltros de prensa para aumentar a vida útil do feltro da prensa e reduzir ou eliminar a necessidade de limpeza em série. Os métodos revelados tratam o feltro da prensa enquanto o papel está sendo produzido com composições contendo no mínimo uma enzima. Adicionalmente, as enzimas podem ser aplicadas em combinação com outros produtos de condicionamento de feltro não-enzimáticos ou misturando e aplicando no mesmo ponto de aplicação ou aplicando a enzima e o produto de condicionamento de feltro não-enzimático em duas localizações diferentes ao longo do feltro. Os tratamentos são aplicados continuamente ou de modo intermitente.
