Abstract

"USOS DE HIDROLISATO DE PROTEìNA DE SORO EM COMPOSIçãO COMESTìVEL, MéTODO DE INDUçãO DA SACIEDADE EM SERES HUMANOS OU ANIMAIS E MéTODO DE MELHORIA OU CONTROLE DA PERCEPçãO DA IMAGEM DO CORPO E/OU CONTROLE DO PESO DO CORPO E/OU CONTROLE DA INGESTãO DE CALORIAS E/OU AUXìLIO NA ADESãO A UM PLANO DE DIETA". A presente invenção fornece o uso de proteína de soro e/ou hidrolisato de proteína de soro que estimulam a liberação celular dos peptídeos de saciedade coleocistoquinina e peptídeo similar a glucagon na preparação de composições comestíveis. As composições comestíveis podem ser utilizadas para controlar o peso do corpo e possuem efeitos benéficos sobre a saciedade. Também são fornecidas composições comestíveis.
