Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PROPILENO A PARTIR DE UM FLUXO DE CARGA QUE CONTENHA OLEFINA C~ 4~ ATé C~ 8~". A presente invenção refere-se a um procedimento para a fabricação de propileno, a partir de um fluxo de carga contendo olefina C~ 4~ até C~ 6~ é transformado em vapor, superaquecido e misturado com vapor de água. A mistura de vapor de olefina é convertida num catalisador de zeólito. A mistura reativa resultante é arrefecida e parcialmente condensada. Para aumentar o rendimento do propileno, a fase gasosa contendo etileno, propileno, olefina C~ 4~ até C~ 8~ como também outros hidrocarbonetos é condensada e a fase gasosa e líquida que sai do estágio de compressão e que contém propileno, etileno e outros hidrocarbonetos é decomposta numa fase gasosa e numa fase líquida contendo olefina C~ 4+~ e a fase líquida é decomposta numa fração contendo olefina C~ 4~ até C~ 6~ e uma fração contendo olefina C~ 7+~.
