Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE INJEçãO PARA INTRODUçãO DE UM FLUIDO DENTRO DE UM VASO METALúRGICO E USO DO MESMO". A invenção é relativa a um dispositivo de injeção para a introdução confiável de um fluido em um vaso metalúrgico que tem um revestimento refratário, o dispositivo sendo inserível de forma removível no revestimento; compreendendo um primeiro corpo refratário (2) e um segundo corpo refratário (3) montado de forma ajustada, o primeiro corpo (2) sendo feito de um material refratário menos permeável ao fluido do que o material do segundo corpo (3), os primeiro e segundo corpos tendo, cada um, uma superfície (4, 5) adaptada para contatar metal em fusão e tendo, cada um, passagens de fluido (6, 7) que se estendem desde dispositivo de alimentação de fluido (8) até uma superfície (4, 5) adaptada para contatar metal em fusão, a resistência ao escoamento relativa das passagens de fluido (7) no segundo corpo (4) sendo mais elevada do que aquela das passagens de fluido (6) no primeiro corpo (2), as passagens de fluido (6) no primeiro corpo (2) sendo constituídas de fendas ou furos. De acordo com a invenção, as passagens de fluido (6) no primeiro corpo (2) são independentes das passagens de fluido (7) no segundo corpo (3). Tal dispositivo de injeção permite a introdução confiável de um fluido dentro de um vaso metalúrgico, mesmo quando o dispositivo de injeção já foi utilizado.
