Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de inyeccion para la introduccion confiable de un fluido en un recipiente metalurgico que tiene un revestimiento refractario, el dispositivo se puede insertar de manera removible en el revestimiento; comprende un primer cuerpo refractario y un segundo cuerpo refractario ensamblados de manera ajustada, el primer cuerpo esta hecho de un material refractario menos permeable al fluido que el material del segundo cuerpo, el primer y segundo cuerpos tiene cada uno una superficie adaptada para hacer contacto con metal fundido; y cada uno tiene pasos de fluido que se extienden desde medios de alimentacion de fluido hacia una superficie adaptada para hacer contacto con metal fundido, la resistencia de flujo relativa de los pasos de fluido en el segundo cuerpo es mas alta que aquella de los pasos de fluido en el primer cuerpo, los pasos de fluido en el primer cuerpo estan constituidos por ranuras u orificios; de acuerdo con la invencion, los pasos de fluido en el primer cuerpo son independientes de los pasos de fluido en el segundo cuerpo; dicho dispositivo de inyeccion permite la introduccion confiable de un fluido en un recipiente metalurgico incluso cuando el dispositivo de inyeccion ya haya sido utilizado.
