Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA REDUZIR OS SUBPRODUTOS DE DECOMPOSIçãO EM UM SISTEMA DE REATOR DE METANOL PARA OLEFINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e aparelho para reduzir a quantidade de subprodutos da reação secundária catalisados com metal formados no sistema de vaporização e introdução de alimentação de um sistema de reator de metanol para olefina monitorando e/ou mantendo a temperatura de pelo menos uma porção do sistema de vaporização e introdução de alimentação e/ou do material de alimentação contido nele abaixo de 400<198>C, preferencialmente abaixo de 350<198>C, mais preferencialmente abaixo de 300<198>C, até mesmo mais preferencialmente abaixo de 250<198>C, tipicamente abaixo de 200<198>C ou mais preferencialmente ainda abaixo de cerca de 150<198>C. A temperatura pode ser mantida na faixa desejada revestindo pelo menos uma porção do sistema de vaporização e introdução de alimentação, tal como pelo menos uma porção do bocal de introdução de alimentação, com um material termicamente isolante ou implementando um sistema de resfriamento.
