Abstract

В заявке описаны способ и устройство для уменьшения количества продуктов катализируемых металлом побочных реакций, образующихся в системе испарения и подачи сырья в реактор конверсии метанола в олефины, путем контроля и/или поддержания температуры по меньшей мере части системы испарения и подачи сырья в реактор и/или самого находящегося в ней сырья ниже 400°C, предпочтительно ниже 350°C, более предпочтительно ниже 300°C, еще более предпочтительно ниже 250°C или даже ниже 200°C, наиболее предпочтительно ниже 150°C. Температуру можно поддерживать на определенном уровне либо теплоизоляцией теплоизоляционным материалом по меньшей мере части системы испарения и подачи сырья в реактор, например части впускного сопла, либо с помощью системы охлаждения.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
