Abstract
"APARELHO PARA ESTABILIZAçãO DE POLPA PARA UM ESPESSADOR". A invenção provê um dispositivo de flotação que inclui um tanque espessador (1) apresentando paredes laterais cilíndricas retas e um fundo no formato de cone truncado em declive para baixo. Um eixo de acionamento é montado de forma rotativa no centro no interior do tanque. Cada um de uma pluralidade de braços de rastelo (3) é fixamente conectado ao eixo de acionamento e se estende radialmente para fora, substancialmente em paralelo ao fundo do tanque. Cada braço suporta uma série de lâminas (4) que se estendem axialmente no tanque. Uma série de defletores na forma de placas defletoras retilíneas (5), fixas em relação ao tanque, se estendem axialmente no tanque em uma relação alternada complementar com espaçamento radial em relação às lâminas (4). As placas defletoras são localizadas no interior do volume de arraste das lâminas para retardar a rotação de fluido em resposta à rotação do rastelo. Uma ponte de serviço diametral (6) é fixamente conectada ao tanque para a montagem das placas defletoras.
