Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE PROPILENO E HEXENO A PARTIR DE CORRENTES DE C~ 4~ OLEFINA". Uma fração de C~ 3~ a C~ 6~ hidrocarbonetos de uma unidade de craqueamento é processada para conversão de olefinas em propileno e hexeno por autometátese. A autometátese de uma carga de alimentação de n-butenos mistos na presença de um catalisador de metátese opera sem qualquer etileno na mistura de carga de alimentação no reator de metátese. Uma fração da carga de alimentação de 2-buteno pode ser isomerizada para 1-buteno e o 1-buteno formado mais o 1-buteno na carga de alimentação reagem rapidamente com o 2-buteno para formar propileno e 2-penteno. A carga de alimentação do reator também inclui o reciclo do 2-penteno formado no reator com butenos não-reagidos para formar simultaneamente propileno adicional e hexeno. Em uma modalidade, parte do 3-hexeno formado na reação, ou todo ele, é isomerizada para 1-hexeno. Em uma outra modalidade, uma parte do 3-hexeno produzido na reação de metátese principal é reagida com etileno para produzir 1-buteno sem necessidade de superfracionamento. Em uma outra modalidade, o 3-hexeno produzido é hidrogenado e reciclado de volta para os aquecedores de craqueamento.
