Abstract

"POLIOL ENXERTADO, PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DO MESMO E DE POLIURETANOS, E, USO DE UM POLIOL ENXERTADO". A invenção diz respeito a polióis enxertados com uma distribuição de tamanho de partícula bimodal e um teor de sólido entre 5 e 65 % em peso. Os ditos polióis contém partículas pequenas com um diâmetro entre 0,05 a 0,7 <109>m e partículas grandes com um diâmetro entre 0,4 e 5,0 <109>m, por meio do qual os picos das partículas grandes e pequenas medidos durante a representação de acordo com o método de dispersão de luz, não se sobrepõe. O teor de sólido total com os tamanhos de partícula definidos consistem de uma fração volumétrica entre 5 a 45 % de partículas pequenas e uma fração volumétrica entre 95 a 55 % de partículas grandes, as ditas frações volumétricas totalizando 100 %. A invenção também diz respeito a um método para produzir polióis enxertados deste tipo e ao isso destes para produzir poliuretanos.
