Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE VENTILADOR PARA ESFRIAMENTO DE MOTOR COM VENTILADORES SOBREPOSTOS". A presente invenção refere-se a uma montagem de ventilador para esfriamento de motor automotivo que usa pares de ventiladores sobrepostos (10, 110) para aperfeiçoar a uniformidade de fluxo através dos núcleos de trocador de calor (4) e para maximizar a quantidade de potência de ventilador que pode ser alcançada com tamanhos limitados de motor. Um ventilador (10) de cada par apresenta suportes a montante (40) e o outro (110) apresenta suportes a jusante (140), e estes suportes (40, 140) sendo assim configurados para minimizar a dimensão axial da montagem. O uso de ventiladores bandados maximiza o desempenho do ventilador, e a inclinação da lâmina minimiza o ruído do ventilador.
