Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO HIDRáULICO PARA MáQUINAS DE MOLDAGEM". Referente a um dispositivo de fechamento compreendendo um tirante (13) que se estende entre uma placa de base fixa e uma placa de base móvel em relação à primeira (11, 12) de uma máquina de moldagem, e meios de travamento operados hidraulicamente (15, 17, 18) para engastar o tirante e gerar a força de fechamento, os meios de travamento compreendendo um cilindro hidráulico (14) que tem uma luva oca e pistão (17, 18) provido internamente de denteamento (19), em posições espaçadas axialmente, a unidade de pistão e luva (17, 18) sendo feita para rotacionar e deslizar axialmente para seletivamente engastar e desengastar com a cabeça denteada (15) na extremidade do tirante (13) para possibilitar etapas e ajustes finos da posição da placa de base móvel (11) em relação à espessura do molde.
