Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO REGULADOR PARA USO EM UMA MáQUINA DE MOLDAGEM DE PLáSTICO". E divulgado um dispositivo regulador para uso em uma máquina de moldagem de plástico dotada de uma cavidade do molde (16), placas de base móveis relativamente (10, 12) e um meio (26) para alimentar uma massa fundida plástica na cavidade. O dispositivo regulador compreende um bloco aquecido (22) disposto entre o meio de alimentação (26) e a cavidade do molde (16). Um cilindro (34) com um pistão móvel (37) é formado no bloco (22). Uma primeira passagem (28, 32) no bloco (22) conecta o cilindro (34) ao meio de alimentação (26), e uma segunda passagem (32, 40) conecta o cilindro (34) à cavidade do molde (16). Válvulas (30) nas passagens (28, 32, 40) capacitam o cilindro (34) a ser cheio pelo meio de alimentação (26), sem que a massa fundida entre na cavidade do molde (16), e, subseq³entemente, capacita a dose desejada da massa fundida plástica, quando ejetada do cilindro (34) pelo pistão (37), a escoar do cilindro (34) para a cavidade do molde (16), sem retomar ao meio de alimentação (26).
