Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE CILINDRO DE COMPRESSOR HERMéTICO". Trata-se de uma montagem de cilindro de um compressor hermético que tem uma placa de válvula disposta sobre um lado externo de um bloco de cilindro de modo a cobrir um lado aberto de um cilindro, sendo que a placa de válvula define um orifício de descarga de refrigerante através do qual um refrigerante comprimido é descarregado do cilindro; um cabeçote de cilindro disposto de modo a cobrir o lado externo da placa de válvula, sendo que o cabeçote do cilindro define uma câmara de descarga de refrigerante em cooperação com a placa de válvula; uma válvula de descarga disposta entre a placa de válvula e o cabeçote do cilindro em um padrão cantilever, sendo que uma parte central da válvula de descarga cobre o orifício de descarga de refrigerante; e um meio de restrição que compreende um primeiro elemento de batente que se salienta a partir de uma parede interna do cabeçote do cilindro até uma altura onde uma extremidade terminal do primeiro elemento de batente está a uma distância predeterminada de uma extremidade de avanço da válvula de descarga, sendo que o meio de restrição é para restringir o movimento da válvula de descarga. Durante a abertura do orifício de descarga de refrigerante, a válvula de descarga é deformada tal que a parte central dobra para cima, enquanto a extremidade de avanço é movida dentro de uma faixa limitada devido ao primeiro elemento de batente.
