Abstract
본 발명은 밀폐형 압축기의 밸브 장치에 관한 것으로서, 밸브 플레이트에 형성된 토출구에 의해 주어지는 간극체적을 줄여서 냉매가스의 토출이 원활하게 이루어져 실린더내로 흡입되는 냉매가스의 량이 많아짐으로서 흡입된 냉매가스의 밀도가 높아져 밀폐형 압축기의 성능을 향상시키도록 한 것이다.
이와같이 본 발명의 목적은 밸브 플레이트 상단에 형성된 밸브 플레이트 홈과, 상기 밸브 플레이트 홈내에 삽입되는 리테이너의 하단에 토출밸브가 개폐시 토출밸브가 좌우로 이탈되지 않도록 가이드를 형성하고, 실린더 내부와 헤드카드 내부와의 압력차에 의해서 쉽게 열리는 토출밸브위에 안착되는 밸브 스프링은 토출밸브와 작은 간격을 유지하며, 상기 밸브 프레이트 홈에 형성된 토출구의 간극체적이 줄어들도록 토출구의 높이를 최소화함으로서 상기의 목적을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다.

제4도는 본 발명의 밀폐형 압축기의 발췌도로서, (가)는 압축부의 정면 단면도, (나)는 압축부의 측면 단면도.
Claims (1)
- 실린더내로 냉매가스의 흡입량이 많아져서 냉매가스의 밀도가 높아지도록 밸브 플레이트의 상단에 형성된 밸브 플레이트 홈과, 상기 밸브 플레이트 홈내에 삽입 결합되어 토출 밸브가 개폐시 이탈되지 않도록 가이드를 구비한 리테이너와, 상기 리테이너에 형성된 가이드에 결합되어 작은 압력차에 의해서 쉽게 열리는 토출밸브와 작은 간격을 유지하며 토출밸브 위에 안착되는 밸브 스프링과, 상기 밸브 플레이트 홈에 형성된 토출구의 간극체적을 줄여서 냉매가스의 토출이 원활하게 이루어지도록 토출구의 높이를 최소화 한 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 밸브 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
