Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA RETICULáVEL E COMPOSIçãO ELASTOMéRICA". Método para produzir uma composição elastomérica reticulável compreendendo: a) pelo menos um polímero termoplástico selecionado de polímeros amorfos tendo uma temperatura de transição vítrea (T~ g~) maior do que 80<198>C ou polímeros cristalinos tendo uma temperatura de fusão (T~ m~) mais elevada do que 190<198>C; b) pelo menos um polímero elastomérico de dieno; referido método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: pré-misturar referido pelo menos um polímero termoplástico (a) com uma porção do referido polímero elastomérico de dieno (b) para obter uma mistura padrão; referida etapa de pré-mistura sendo realizada em uma temperatura não menor do que a T~ g~ ou não menor do que (T~ m~ - 20<198>C); misturar a mistura padrão obtida na referida etapa de pré-mistura (1) à porção remanescente do referido polímero elastomérico de dieno (b).
