Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FAZER ESTRADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método que é fornecido para fazer estrados de uma forma simples e rápida através de aquecimento desigual de um material de base de estrados. Para obter o objetivo acima, fibras da planta são transformadas em tecido não-tecido aleatoriamente embaraçadas com resina para formar uma folha de material de base. O material de base é então sanduichado entre moldes superiores e inferiores, para ser aquecido e pressurizado por sopro de ar quente através de saídas de ar quente na extremidade de um canal de ar quente formadas nos moldes de metal para fornecer um estrado. Além do mais, um duto de circulação pode ser formado entre um dispositivo de gerar ar quente e o canal de ar quente feito nos moldes de metal para circular ar quente.
