  1. 一种蚕丝制品生产的定型装置,包括用以支撑装置的支撑机构(1)、进布机构(2)、定型仓(3)、第一出气管(4)、出布辊(8),所述定型仓(3)通过螺钉固定于所述支撑机构(1)上方,所述进布机构(2)通过螺钉固定于所述定型仓(3)的一侧,所述定型仓(3)的顶部通过螺钉固定有所述第一出气管(4),所述出布辊(8)通过螺钉固定于所述支撑机构(1)上,其特征在于:还包括用以对定型后的制品进行烘干的第二出气管(5)、定型机构(6)、烘干机构(7),所述定型机构(6)设置于所述定型仓(3)内,所述烘干机构(7)通过螺钉固定于所述定型仓(3)远离所述进布机构(2)的一侧,所述第二出气管(5)通过螺钉固定于所述烘干机构(7)上;
    所述支撑机构(1)包括底座(11)、支撑板(12),所述底座(11)下方通过螺钉固定有三个所述支撑板(12);
    所述进布机构(2)包括进布辊(21)、第一电机(22),所述进布辊(21)通过螺钉固定于所述定型仓(3)的一侧,所述进布辊(21)的后侧设置有与所述进布辊(21)其中一个辊轮轴同心的所述第一电机(22);
    所述烘干机构(7)包括烘干箱(71)、安装盒(72)、电加热丝(73)、风扇(74),所述烘干箱(71)通过螺钉固定于所述定型仓(3)的一侧,所述烘干箱(71)内部通过螺钉固定有两个所述风扇(74),每个所述风扇(74)上方均设置有所述安装盒(72),所述安装盒(72)内设置有所述电加热丝(73)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝制品生产的定型装置,其特征在于:所述定型机构(6)包括第一喷嘴(61)、第一定型箱(62)、安装板(63)、加热板(64)、吹风机(65)、承载板(66)、轴承座(67)、第一支架(68)、第二电机(69),所述承载板(66)设置于所述支撑机构(1)内,所述承载板(66)下方设置有所述轴承座(67),所述轴承座(67)下方通过螺钉固定有 所述第一支架(68),所述第一支架(68)下方通过螺钉固定有所述第二电机(69),所述第二电机(69)的输出端与所述承载板(66)通过螺钉固定连接,所述第一定型箱(62)通过螺钉固定于所述承载板(66)上方,所述第一定型箱(62)顶部镶嵌有多个所述第一喷嘴(61),所述第一定型箱(62)内部通过螺钉固定有所述安装板(63),所述安装板(63)下方通过螺钉固定有两个所述加热板(64),所述加热板(64)下方设置有两个所述吹风机(65),所述吹风机(65)与所述承载板(66)通过螺钉固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蚕丝制品生产的定型装置,其特征在于:所述定型机构(6)包括承载板(66)、第二喷嘴(601)、第二定型箱(602)、隔板(603)、蒸汽发生器(604)、导柱(605)、导套(606)、液压缸(607)、第二支架(608),所述承载板(66)设置于所述支撑机构(1)内,所述承载板(66)下方通过螺钉固定有两个所述导柱(605),每个所述导柱(605)下方均滑动连接有所述导套(606),两个所述导套(606)之间设置有所述液压缸(607),所述液压缸(607)下方通过螺钉固定有所述第二支架(608),所述承载板(66)上通过螺钉固定有所述第二定型箱(602),所述第二定型箱(602)的顶部镶嵌有多个所述第二喷嘴(601),所述第二定型箱(602)内部通过螺钉固定有所述隔板(603),所述隔板(603)下方设置有所述蒸汽发生器(604)。
