Abstract

"PROCESSO QUìMICO PARA TRATAR A SUPERFìCIE DE UM PISTãO". Trata-se de um "processo químico para tratar a superfície de um pistão" para reduzir o seu atrito de superfície, o qual inclui a imersão do pistão em óleo de máquina, o aquecimento até 220-250<198>C, a adição de carbonato de metal alcalino, nitrito de metal alcalino, cloreto de metal alcalino, e pó de metal de terras raras contendo Ce, a manutenção da dita temperatura por 10-24 horas, o resfriamento até menos de 50<198>C e a remoção do pistão. A invenção pode ser utilizada para aperfeiçoar os pistões e os cilindros para vários motores e compressores de ar. Ela pode obviamente melhorar a eficiência de trabalho do pistão e do cilindro e prolongar a vida operacional de todo o cilindro. Ela pode não somente economizar combustível mas também reduzir a poluição do escape do veículo de compressores de ar, o que resulta em um bom prospecto na indústria.
