Abstract

"PROCESSO QUìMICO PARA TRATAR A SUPERFìCIE DE UM ANEL DE PISTãO". Trata-se de um "processo químico para tratar a superfície de um anel de pistão" para reduzir o seu atrito de superfície, o qual inclui a imersão do anel de pistão em óleo de máquina, o aquecimento até 220-250<198>C, a adição dos seguintes componentes para formar uma mistura: carbonato de metal alcalino 0,15-0,50% em peso nitrito de metal alcalino 0,15-0,50% em peso cloreto de metal alcalino 0,10-0,30% em peso nitrato de metal alcalino 0,50-1,2% em peso fosfato de manganês ácido 0,40-1,1% em peso pó de metal de terras raras contendo Ce 0,30-0,90% em peso óleo de máquina o restante, sendo que o teor dos componentes acima são baseados no peso total de todos os aditivos sólidos e do óleo de máquina, a seguir a dita temperatura é mantida por 10 a 24 horas, eles são resfriados até 50<198>C e o anel de pistão é removido. A invenção pode ser utilizada para aperfeiçoar vários anéis de pistão do cilindro incluindo motores tais como o motor a gasolina e o motor diesel, bem como compressores de ar, etc. O processo pode obviamente melhorar a eficiência de trabalho do anel de pistão e do cilindro e prolongar a vida operacional de todo o cilindro. Ele pode não somente economizar combustível mas também reduzir a poluição do escape dos veículos e dos compressores de ar, o que resulta em um bom prospeto na indústria.
