Abstract

"FOLHA COMPOSTA DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS ESTIRáVEIS, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA FOLHA COMPOSTA DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS ESTIRáVEIS E ARTIGO DE TECIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método aperfeiçoado para a preparação de folhas compostas unidas por múltiplos componentes estiráveis, o qual envolve a união de uma camada fibrosa de filamentos contínuos de múltiplos componentes contraível de forma espiralada ou fibras de comprimento padrão a uma ou mais camadas não frisáveis de forma espiralada ao se utilizar um conjunto de uniões mecânicas, químicas ou térmicas, e o aquecimento do composto unido para ativar a contração espiral das fibras na camada contraível de forma espiralada. Os tecidos não trançados de múltiplas camadas preparados de acordo com o método da presente invenção têm uma combinação melhorada de resistência, estética, propriedades de recuperação do estado estirado, e toque têxtil e colgadura em comparação com os tecidos não trançados de múltiplos componentes conhecidos no estado da técnica.
