Abstract
본 발명은 보온성 다층 부직 배트를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이 배트는 각기 5 내지 100중량%의 접착성 단섬유와 0 내지 95중량%의 충전용 단섬유의 배합물을 포함하는 웨브를 다층 포함하고, 층의 구조적인 안정성이 증가되도록 접착성 섬유가 접촉 지점에서 다른 접착성 섬유와 충전용 섬유에 접착되어 있다. 본 발명은 또한 (a) 접착성 단섬유와 충전용 단섬유의 웨브를 형성하는 단계; (b) 웨브내 접촉 지점에서 접착성 단섬유가 다른 접착성 단섬유와 충전용 단섬유에 접착하도록 하여 웨브를 안정화시키기에 충분한 열을 상기 웨브에 가하는 단계; 및 (c) 다층의 상기 웨브의 배트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 보온성 다층 부직 배트를 제조하는 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (16)
- 각기 5 내지 100중량%의 접착성 단섬유와 0 내지 95중량%의 충전용 단섬유의 배합물을 포함하는 웨브를 포함하고, 층의 구조적인 안정성이 증가되도록 접착성 섬유가 접촉 지점에서 다른 접착성 섬유와 충전용 섬유에 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트가 2 데니어 이상의 충전용 단섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트가 2 데니어 이상의 접착성 단섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트가 20 clo/㎏/㎠ 이상의 열 중량 효율을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트의 벌크 밀도가 약 0.1g/㎠ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배트의 두께가 약 0.5 내지 50㎝의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 보온성 부직 배트.
- (a) 접착성 단섬유와 충전용 단섬유의 웨브를 형성하는 단계; (b) 접촉 지점에서 접착성 단섬유가 다른 접착성 단섬유와 충전용 단섬유에 접착하도록 하여 웨브를 안정화시키기에 충분한 열을 상기 웨브에 가하는 단계; 및 (c) 다층의 상기 웨브의 배트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 보온성 다층 부직 배트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 소모, 가네팅 또는 공기 레잉에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 웨브가 소모에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 각 층이 상당히 매끄러운 면과 느슨한 섬유상 면을 갖도록 상기 소모기에 단일 도핑 로울과 압축 로울을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접착이 대류 오븐, 마이크로웨이브 또는 적외선 에너지원을 사용하거나 이들을 병용함으로써 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 적층이 크로스-래핑, 다수 도프의 적층 또는 웨브 형성 기구의 사용에 의해 달성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
