Abstract

"APARELHO ELETRôNICO PARA ACOMPANHAR UM ARTIGO PERECíVEL DURANTE UM PERíODO, MéTODOS PARA ESTABELECER UMA CARACTERíSTICA ESPECíFICA DE UM ARTIGO PERECíVEL DURANTE UM PERíODO E PARA REGISTRAR DADOS INDICATIVOS DA EXPOSIçãO DE UM ARTIGO PERECíVEL DURANTE UM PERíODO A PELO MENOS UM PARâMETRO AMBIENTAL E SISTEMA PAPA MONITORAR A EXPOSIçãO DE UM ARTIGO PERECíVEL A PELO MENOS UM PARâMETRO AMBIENTAL". Um aparelho eletrônico é proposto para acompanhar um artigo perecível durante um período para monitorar a exposição do artigo a um parâmetro ambiental, tal como temperatura. O aparelho inclui uma interface de dados para receber dados representando a exposição do artigo ao parâmetro ambiente durante um período imediatamente precedente. Inclui adicionalmente um sensor para medir o parâmetro ambiental. Também, o aparelho inclui um processador para usar uma relação específica com o artigo (tal como uma equação de Arrhenius para aquele artigo computar uma característica do artigo ao término daquele período utilizando os dados recebidos e a saída do sensor. Para economizar no consumo de memória, dados são armazenados a uma freqüência mais rápida durante períodos quando os dados são mais significativos (p.ex. indicam uma alta temperatura). Um comutador é previsto para indicar que os dados não devem ser levados em conta na computação durante um curto intervalo, no qual por exemplo o aparelho pode estar sendo manuseado.
