Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA OBTER UM CORDãO PERFILADO FEITO DE UM MATERIAL PLáSTICO E VIDRAçA PROVIDA DE UM CORDãO PERFILADO FEITO DE UM MATERIAL PLáSTICO". Em um processo para obter um cordão perfilado feito de um material plástico, em especial feito de um material polimérico, em uma peça (1), em especial sobre uma vidraça, no qual pelo menos um segmento parcial de uma zona de borda ou de face lateral de uma superfície da peça (1) é colocado em contato com uma face de conformação (7, 7<39>), no qual o material plástico é colocado aderindo para isso em pelo menos uma parte do perímetro de uma superfície da peça não tocada pela face de conformação e as dimensões exteriores do cordão perfilado formado também são definidas pela face de conformação, a face de conformação (7; 7<39>) é, de acordo com a invenção, pressionada sobre a zona de borda ou de face lateral da peça fixada (1) com o auxílio de um suporte plano (5; 5<39>) que tem uma forma variável sob a pressão de um fluido. Obtém-se assim uma melhor adaptação da face de conformação ao contorno e a eventuais diferenças das dimensões da peça.
