Abstract

"FERRAMENTA DE LEVANTAMENTO DE APARAS ROTATIVA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de levantamento de aparas (21) rotativa apresenta uma chapa de corte (1) de forma trapezoidal, com uma primeira aba trapezoidal (3a), com uma primeira área livre (4a) e um canto de corte (5a) ativo, e uma segunda aba trapezoidal (3b) com um canto (5b) não ativo, situado diametralmente oposto ao canto de corte (5a) ativo, bem como, com uma segunda área (4b). Uma linha básica trapezoidal (2) da chapa de corte (1) trapezoidal apresenta uma reentrância de guia (18) que se limita em seu lado inferior (11). Em um corpo de ferramenta (22) da ferramenta de levantamento de aparas (21) está previsto um assento da chapa (27), para a recepção da chapa de corte (1) que apresenta uma alma de guia (29) correspondente com a reentrância de guia (18) em um canto da linha de base do assento da chapa (31) paralelo à linha básica trapezoidal (2).
