Abstract

"FORMULAçãO LìQUIDA DE SILICONE, USO DA MESMA, PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS E SUPORTES SóLIDOS". A presente invenção trata de uma formulação líquida de silicone para a realização de revestimentos elastoméricos reticulados antiaderentes e hidrófugos sobre um suporte sólido, por exemplo de papel. A finalidade visada é solucionar o problema de falta de aderência dos filmes elastoméricos com face externa não-aderente e destinada a ser colada sobre suportes maleáveis do gênero papel fechado tipo glassine ou filme de polímero polipropileno. Para atingir esse objetivo, a formulação líquida de silicone de acordo com a presente invenção utilizável como base de tratamento superficial para a realização em altíssima velocidade de revestimento elastomérico reticulado antiaderente, hidrófugo sobre suporte sólido, compreende: - pelo menos um POS poliorganossiloxano (I) reticulável, (POS de tipo SiVi e POS de tipo SiH); - pelo menos um catalisador (II) (à base de platina); - eventualmente um sistema modulador de aderência (III); - um promotor de aderência (IV) que compreende um alcoxissilano epoxidado e/ou um alcoxissilano alcenilado, bem como um quelato de metal e/ou um alcóxido metálico (GLYMO/MEMOfTiO~ 4~Bu). O POS (1) mais viscoso possui uma velocidade inferior a 1.000 mPa.s. Aplicação antiaderência papel.
