Abstract

"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DESENROLAR SIMULTANEAMENTE MúLTIPLOS ROLOS DE MATERIAL" Trata-se de um sistema e processo para desenrolar rolos de material (22 ) . O sistema é particularmente adequado para desenrolar mantas de tecido macio com alto volume. Em uma modalidade, o sistema inclui a combinação de um dispositivo de desenrolamento central e um dispositivo de desenrolamento de superficie para desenrolar o rolo de material em um local de desenrolamento primário (24) . Uma vez que o rolo de material esteja parcialmente desenrolado, o rolo é então movido para um local de desenrolamento secundário (16), enquanto um novo rolo de material é movido para o local de desenrolamento primário. Desta maneira, múltiplos rolos de material podem ser continuamente desenrolados sem tempo de parada substancial. O sistema da presente invenção pode ser usado para desenrolar um único rolo de material ou pode ser projetado para desenrolar múltiplos rolos de material simultaneamente.
