Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE OXIDAçãO E PRECURSOR, MéTODOS DE PRODUçãO, PROCESSOS DE CONVERSãO DE HIDROCARBONETOS A PRODUTO PARCIALMENTE OXIDADO E PROCESSOS DE OXIDAçãO DE HIDROCARBONETO C~ 3~ E C~ 4~ A UMA MISTURA CONTENDO áCIDOS ACRìLICO E MALEICO, RESPECTIVAMENTE". Um catalisador ativo e seletivo de oxidação parcial de hidrocarbonetos compreende um polioxometalato ativado parcialmente reduzido, de preferência, polioxomolibdato de nióbio, que é preparado a partir de um polioxoânion adequado, que foi permutado com um cátion adequado e ativado por aquecimento a uma temperatura de ativação efetiva na presença de um agente de redução adequado tal como piridínio. Os hidrocarbonetos C~ 3~ e C~ 4~ podem ser parcialmente oxidados de forma seletiva a ácido acrílico e ácido maleico.
