Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUçãO DE OXIGêNIO OU AR ENRIQUECIDO DE OXIGêNIO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para produção de oxigênio (22), caracterizado em que o ar de chegada (10, 16, 16a, 16b) é trazido para passar através de uma estrutura de material do tipo sorvente/zeólito (18), que compreende pelo menos três unidades de zeólitos (50a-50f), intermitentemente operadas em um primeiro estágio compreendendo adsorção de nitrogênio do ar e um segundo estágio compreendendo dessorção (20 , 20a, 20b) do nitrogênio assim adsorvido. Pelo menos duas das ditas unidades de zeólitos são operadas no dito estágio de adsorção, em que o dito ar de chegada é trazido para passar consecutivamente (53a) através das ditas pelo menos duas unidades de zeólitos, de modo a formar um gradiente de nitrogênio aumentado; e/ou pelo menos duas das ditas unidades de zeólitos são operadas no dito estágio de dessorção, em que é liberada uma pressão e/ou um gás dessorvente (22a , 22b) é trazido para passar consecutivamente (53b) através das ditas pelo menos duas unidades de zeólitos, de modo a formar um gradiente de nitrogênio nas unidades de zeólitos.
