Abstract

"CILINDRO DE MOLA ACUMULADORA". A presente invenção refere-se a um cilindro de mola acumuladora (1) para produção de forças de frenagem para a ação de freio auxiliar e de estacionamento, com um êmbolo (5) disposto em uma caixa (2, 3), que é móvel para ativação de uma alavanca de freio (15). O êmbolo (5) está protendido no sentido da alavanca de freio (15) por meio de uma mola (4). Além disso, está previsto um fuso de liberação (6), por meio do qual o êmbolo (5) é deslocável de uma posição deslocada para fora, ativando a alavanca de freio (15), contra a força da mola, para uma posição contraída, liberando o freio. Na caixa (2, 3) está previsto um compartimento primário (30) ativável com pressão, em que quando da ultrapassagem de uma pressão de resposta o êmbolo (5) é movido contra a força da mola (4) para a posição contraída. De acordo com a invenção, para detecção da posição do êmbolo (5) na caixa (2, 3) está previsto ao menos um interruptor de contato (7). Pelo interruptor de contato pode ser monitorado o estado operacional do cilindro de mola acumuladora, controlada a função acumuladora e a função de liberação de emergência bem como detectadas eventuais avarias na mola acumuladora.
