Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA USO EFICIENTE DE RECURSOS DE COMUNICAçãO EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO CDMA". Um método e equipamento associado fornecem uso eficiente de recursos de comunicação em um sistema de comunicação CDMA pelo controle de uma fonte transmissora (300) para transmitir um pacote de dados através de um frame de dados a uma primeira taxa de dados e a um nível de potência e retransmitir o pacote de dados a uma segunda taxa de dados através de pelo menos dois frames de dados ao nível de potência quando um destino receptor falhar em decodificar o pacote de dados. Um seletor de taxa de dados e de nível de potência (303) seleciona a segunda taxa de dados mais baixa que a primeira taxa de dados.
