Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA CONTROLE DE TAXA DE DADOS EM SOFT HANDOFF E DURANTE COMUTAçãO ENTRE CéLULAS". A invenção refere-se a um método e um equipamento para controlar a taxa de dados de uma transmissão em um sistema de comunicação sem fio durante um handoff. O controle da taxa de dados inclui receber transmissões de uma pluralidade de estações base, em que pelo menos uma das transmissões recebidas inclui uma mensagem de confirmação. Em seguida, determina-se um comando de controle de taxa incluído nas transmissões da estação base, o qual inclui a mensagem de confirmação, e utiliza-se o comando para controlar a taxa de dados. O controle da taxa de dados inclui também receber transmissões de uma pluralidade de estações base. Em seguida, determina-se uma pluralidade de comandos de controle de taxa incluídos nas transmissões recebidas da pluralidade de estações base.
