Abstract

"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA CONTROLAR TAXA DE DADOS DE LINK REVERSO DE UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL". Uma utilização eficiente de recursos de comunicação é fornecida pela determinação de um comportamento para selecionar o tamanho de carga útil (taxa de dados) de uma transmissão de link reverso de uma estação móvel para uma estação base. A estação móvel pode armazenar uma tabela predeterminada incluindo a relação dos níveis de potência do canal de tráfego e canal piloto (TPR) , onde cada entrada corresponde a um tamanho de carga útil de dados, e conseqüentemente uma taxa de dados para transmissão em um quadro de tempo predeterminado. O tamanho de carga útil é selecionado com base em um TPR autorizado. O TPR autorizado e um TPR alvo são ajustados de acordo com comandos TPR recebidos da estação base. Um ajuste de aumento rápido do TPR autorizado é realizado quando o TPR autorizado é menor do que o TPR alvo. Os comandos de TPR para baixo são ignorados nos ajustes do TPR autorizado após o modo de aumento rápido.
