Abstract
"MéTODO E MáQUINA DE MOLDAGEM POR DISPARO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE, PARTES DE MOLDE, TAIS COMO MACHOS DE FUNDIçãO, PARA MOLDES DE FUNDIçãO PARA A FUNDIçãO DE METAL DERRETIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a fabricação de partes de molde, em particular, de machos de fundição, para moldes de fundição para a fundição de corridas de metal derretido, em que, em uma máquina de moldagem por disparo (1), com a ajuda de elementos de enchimento, tais como bocais de disparo (8) e uma coifa de disparo (6), molde de material (F) contendo um agente aglutinante inorgânico é enchido na cavidade (12) de uma ferramenta de molde (10), que determina o formato da parte de molde (k) que é para ser fabricada, em que, o calor é fornecido ao material de molde (F) enchido na ferramenta de molde (10), sobre um período de endurecimento, a fim de solidificar o material de molde (F) devido à extração de umidade, e em que, durante o período de endurecimento, pelo menos os elementos de enchimento (6,8) da máquina de moldagem por disparo (1), que contém o material de molde (F), e que estão em uma posição de espera durante este período de endurecimento, e são aquecidos concomitantemente pelo calor radiante emitido pela ferramenta de molde (10), são mantidos a um nível de conteúdo de umidade que evita a solidificação do material de molde (F).
