Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE EMBREAGEM". A invenção se refere a um dispositivo de embreagem para veículo, o qual compreende: um dispositivo de mola (4), que tenta forçar um prato de fricção (3), em uma primeira direção, para engrenar com a embreagem; um atuador pneumático (10) com um cilindro (11) e um pistão (16), o qual divide o cilindro (11) em uma câmara principal (20) e uma câmara auxiliar (21); e uma fonte de ar comprimido (31), a qual é colocada através de um dispositivo de válvula controlável (32, 33) a fim de comunicar com a câmara principal (20) para movimento do prato de fricção (3) em uma segunda direção, oposta, para desengrenar com a embreagem. O dispositivo de embreagem compreende um computador (50) com memória (54), onde é guardada uma força auxiliar desejada exercida contra o mancal de soltura (19) como uma segunda função (C2) da posição do mancal de soltura (19). O dispositivo de embreagem adicionalmente compreende um sensor (22), o qual é colocado para estabilizar a posição do mancal de soltura, e um sensor (23), o qual é colocado para estabilizar a pressão do ar na câmara auxiliar. O dispositivo de válvula (36) pode conectar a fonte de ar comprimido (31) com a câmara auxiliar (21), e o computador (50) pode receber sinais dos sensores (22, 23), estabilizar qualquer diferença entre a pressão medida na câmara auxiliar e a pressão desejada na câmara auxiliar, e controlar os dispositivos de válvula (32, 33, 36) de acordo com a diferença e, assim, provocar as forças auxiliares.
