Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE PINTURA CURáVEL POR RADIAçãO ULTRAVIOLETA E PROCESSO PARA A SUA APLICAçãO". A invenção se refere a uma composição orgânica de tinta curável por radiação ultravioleta compreendendo entre 80% a 95% em peso de uma tinta à base de epóxi-poliuretana; entre 0,5% a 8% em peso de um aditivo que inclui uma mistura de ceras polietilênicas e ceras politetrafluoroetilênicas; entre 1% a 8% em peso de um catalisador bloqueado de poliisocianato alifático; e um 'Primer' promotor de aderência incluindo de 0,15% a 3% em peso de um silano que pode ser incluído na composição orgânica de tinta curável por radiação ultravioleta ou aplicado a um substrato. Desse modo, o catalisador bloqueado de poliisocianato alifático causa uma reação de polimerização e uma reaçao de reticulação entre a tinta à base de epóxi-poliuretana e o promotor de aderência quando ele é aquecido de a partir de 160 <198>C a 200 ,198>C, formando desse modo uma rede de interpenetração.
