Abstract
"SISTEMA ROTOR PARA FRESAGEM DE SOLO OU MINA". A presente invenção se refere a um inovador sistema rotor para a fresagem do solo em lavouras ou minas com um rotor base e com um número de placas de suporte para receber ferramentas. O sistema rotor possui um modelo de construção aberto similar a um cesto, no qual não está projetado nenhum invólucro fechado, e sim o rotor base (1), composto de segmentos (5). Esses segmentos (5) são dispostos individual e radialmente em intervalos, em forma de caixinha, sendo que entre esses segmentos individuais (5), estão projetadas placas de sustentação (6) dispostas em intervalos e em sentido axial, associadas aos segmentos (5), as assim chamadas caixinhas (7). Os suportes de ferramentas ou as placas de suporte de ferramentas (8) poderão ser fixados nas placas de sustentação (6), de forma removível, em especial, aparafusadas. O suporte de ferramentas ou a placa de suporte de ferramentas (8) servirá para receber, no mínimo, um ferramenta (9). O suporte de ferramenta ou a placa de suporte de ferramenta (8) está ligada ao rotor base (1), por união positiva, devido à sua formação.
