Abstract

"REDUçãO DO ENXOFRE CONTIDO NA GASOLINA NO CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO FLUIDO". O teor de enxofre de produtos de craqueamento líquido, especialmente a gasolina craqueada, é reduzido em um processo de craqueamento catalítico que emprega um catalisador de craqueamento contendo um alto teor de vanádio. O processo de craqueamento envolve introduzir pelo menos um composto de vanádio em um suprimento contendo hidrocarboneto-sulfurado a ser carregado a um reator de craqueamento catalítico fluido que opera sob condições de estado estável e contendo um inventário fluido de equilibrio de catalisador de craqueamento dentro do reator. A quantidade de enxofre nos produtos líquidos, em particular a gasolina e as frações LCO, é reduzida como um resultado do aumentado teor de vanádio no catalisador de equilibrio. De modo vantajoso, a redução de enxofre é conseguida mesmo que em presença de contaminantes metálicos, tais como o níquel e o ferro, no catalisador de equilibrio.
