Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE DIóXIDO DE CLORO". A presente invenção se refere a um processo e dispositivo para produção contínua de dióxido de cloro, o processo compreendendo as etapas de: - alimentar íons clorato, ácido e peróxido de hidrogênio, na forma de soluções aquosas, a um reator; - reduzir no reator, os íons clorato a dióxido de cloro, formando, dessa forma, uma corrente de produto no reator contendo dióxido de cloro; - alimentar água motriz (5) a um dispositivo de descarga compreendendo um bocal (26); - trazer a água motriz para circular através do bocal e fazer com que a mesma circule posteriormente através do dispositivo de descarga, em uma maneira pelo menos parcialmente espiralada ou helicoidal; - transferir a corrente de produto do reator para o dispositivo de descarga e misturar a mesma com a água motriz, dessa forma, formando uma solução aquosa diluída contendo dióxido de cloro; e - retirar a solução aquosa diluída contendo dióxido de cloro do dispositivo de descarga.
