Abstract

"MéTODOS E COMPOSIçõES PARA PRODUçãO DE EMAMECTINA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma família de monooxigenases P450, cujo cada membro regiosseletivamente oxida avermectina para dar 4"-ceto-avermectina. As monooxigenases P450 encontram uso em métodos e formulações para produzir emamectina a partir de avermectina. Também revelados são métodos para purificação das monooxigenases P450 da invenção, agentes de ligação que especificamente se ligam às monooxigenases P450 da invenção, e células geneticamente engenheiradas que expressam as monooxigenases P450 da invenção. Também reveladas são ferrodoxinas e redutases de ferredoxinas que são ativas com as monooxigenases P450 da invenção.
