Abstract
"NúCLEOS DE AREIA PARA FUNDIçãO E MéTODO PARA CONTROLE DE EXPANSãO DOS MESMOS". A invenção refere-se à expansão térmica de núcleos de areia e formação de defeitos veia durante operações de fundição de metais podem ser substancialmente eliminadas, com custos substancialmente reduzidos, usando-se um material antiveias compreendendo menos de cerca de 4% em peso de um material contendo óxido de lítio, e pelo menos cerca de 1% em peso de óxido férrico (Fe~ 2~O~ 3~), o mencionado material antiveias compreendendo preferivelmente cerca de 1% até cerca de 3,5% em peso de um material contendo óxido de lítio e cerca de 1% em peso de óxido férrico.
