Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA LAMINAçãO A FRIO DE UMA TIRA METáLICA E CADEIRA DE LAMINAçãO PARA LAMINAçãO A FRIO DE UMA TIRA METáLICA". Trata-se de um processo para laminação a frio de uma tira metálica (18), em que a tira metálica passa através de um estreitamento (17) entre dois rolos (16) que rodam em direções mutuamente opostas acionados para rotação em direções mutuamente opostas substancialmente à temperatura ambiente, em que um gás frio e/ou liq³efeito, preferencialmente um gás inerte, é soprado para a área do estreitamento ou intervalo entre os rolos. Uma cadeira de laminação de acordo com a presente invenção compreende dois rolos que rodam em direções mutuamente opostas formando um estreitamento ou um intervalo de laminação e dispositivos de bocal (1) para sopro de um gás frio e/ou liq³efeito, preferencialmente um gás inerte, através de pelo menos um orifício dos referidos dispositivos de bocal na direção da área do estreitamento entre os rolos. Preferencialmente, a temperatura do gás frio e/ou liq³efeito é significativamente mais baixa que a temperatura ambiente.
