Abstract

Un metodo de laminado continua de una pieza de trabajo ferrosa en un circulo terminado, que comprende laminar la pieza de trabajo en pasos laminadores, primero y segundo, sucesivos a una temperatura elevada de entre aproximadamente 650 a 1000°C, los pasos laminadores, primero y segundo, cada uno definiendose por dos laminadores de trabajo y dimensionandose para efectuar una reduccion combinada en el area de seccion transversal de la pieza de trabajo de por lo menos aproximadamente 20-55%, con un patron de alargamiento efectivo acompanante dominado por una concentracion de alargamiento efectivo maximo en una region central del area de seccion transversal; aunque el patron de alargamiento efectivo permanece dominado por una concentracion de alargamiento efectivo maximo en una region central de la seccion transversal, se continua laminando la pieza de trabajo en por lo menos, un tercer y cuarto, pasos laminadores consecutivos, cada uno de los pasos laminadores, tercero y cuarto, definiendose por al menos tres laminadores y dimensionandose para efectuar una reduccion combinada en el area de seccion transversal de la pieza de trabajo de no mas de aproximadamente 4-25%.
