Abstract

"JUNTA DE VEDAçãO METáLICA ELáSTICA ABERTA". A junta de seção circular aberta se deforma, durante seu esmagamento, enquanto assegura a estanqueidade de dois espaços a vedar. Cada superfície de liberação (16) é ligeiramente inclinada e possui uma parte saliente (15) ligeiramente deslocada, de maneira que os ápices das duas partes salientes definam um eixo que é deslocado em relação ao eixo mediano (A2) da forma geral circular da juta (10). Durante o esmagamento, as superfícies de liberação (16) têm tendência se tornar paralelas, as partes salientes (15) se aproximando do eixo mediano (A2). Aplicação a todos os casos de vedação estática.
