Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES E MéTODOS DE DESINTOXICAçãO DE ZEARALENONA". A presente invenção fornece composições e métodos para desintoxicação de micotoxinas. As composições incluem novas seqüências de nucleotídeos que codificam polipeptídeos de desintoxicação de zearalenona, e variantes biologicamente ativas dessa. Também são fornecidos métodos para desintoxicação de micotoxina que usa as seqüências reveladas nessa. Um método compreende a incorporação estável de uma seqüência de nucleotídeos da presente invenção, no genoma de uma célula de planta, operacionalmente ligada a um promotor heterólogo e regeneração de uma planta transformada estável que expressa a sequência de nucleotídeos. Um método adicional compreende a incorporação de uma seqüência de nucleotídeo da presente invenção operacionalmente ligada a um promotor heterólogo em um microorganismo e aplicação do referido microorganismo a uma planta ou grão.
