Abstract

"NIóBIO PARA CAPACITOR E CAPACITOR USANDO CORPO SINTERIZADO DO NIóBIO". Um pó de nióbio para capacitores, em que o teor de cromo é igual ou inferior a 50 ppm em massa, um produto granulado e um corpo sinterizado dele, e um processo de produção desses. Um capacitor construído por um eletrodo componente formado do corpo sinterizado de nióbio, outro eletrodo componente e um material dielétrico interposto entre os dois eletrodos, e o seu processo de produção. E um circuito eletrónico e um dispositivo eletrónico usando o capacitor. Um capacitor tendo boas propriedades de resistência de tensão pode ser fabricado por uso do corpo sinterizado de nióbio para capacitores da presente invenção, em que o teor de cromo é igual ou inferior a 50 ppm em massa.
