Abstract

"SISTEMA DE DETECçãO OPTOELETRÈNICO". A invenção se refere a sistemas optoeletrónicos para a detecção de uma ou mais parâmetros alvo. O sistema inclui uma câmara de reação, um coletor de espécime, um detector ótico, e um reservatório contendo células, cada uma das células tendo receptores os quais estão presentes na superfície de cada célula e são específicos para a partícula alvo a ser detectada, onde uma ligação àa partícula alvo aos receptores direta ou indiretamente ativa uma molécula repórter, desse modo produzindo-se um sinal ótico mensurável.
