Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ARGILA ANIÈNICA". Esta invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma argila aniónica cristalina do tipo 3R~ 1~, compreendendo as etapas de: a) preparar uma mistura precursora aquosa compreendendo trildrato de alumínio ou uma forma termicamente tratada do mesmo e uma fonte de magnésio, a fonte de magnésio sendo moída antes do uso ou quando presente na mistura precursora; b) envelhecer a mistura precursora em temperaturas na faixa de 30<198> - 100<198>C para obter o produto de argila cristalina; e c) opcionalmente moldar o produto da etapa b. A moagem da fonte de magnésio, sozinha ou em combinação com o triidrato de alumínio (termicamente tratado), resulta em uma reação mais rápida e uma conversão maior em argila aniónica. A argila aniónica resultante pode ser obtida simplesmente secando a pasta fluída recuperada do reator. Não há nenhuma necessidade por lavar ou filtrar, e é possível uma ampla faixa de razões de Mg/Al no produto de reação.
